FlexCut is an exclusive heat transfer flex-film, suitable for plotter cutting. Made of 100% polyurethane, FlexCut gives a very thin, stretchable and resistant decoration, offering an amazingly soft and glazed surface.

FlexCut Sticky is a PVC free – water based – 100% Polyurethane heat transfer film.
FlexCut Sticky has a low tack sticky carrier allowing very fine cutting and fast weeding

Tatoo Ecosolvent

Tatoo is our newest heat sealable Flex film, that feels lighter than any other product available, suitable for eco-solvent or solvent printing. It is made of 100% ultra thin polyurethane

TATOO is the achievement of years of R&D on printable polyurethanes. Suitable for eco-solvent and solvent printing. Very light, very stretchable with high washing fastness. TATOO is PVC free.

Printing + Cutting Info

Printing Tatoo

Tatoo is an ultra thin PU, thinner than other products on the market. Because of this you must take time to adjust the settings of your machine. Tattoo need less ink printed than other products.

If you print with too much ink, curling of the image while weeding can occur because the material is saturated with ink.

Too much ink can also lead to premature fading of the image in the wash as the top layer of ink has not adhered to the PU material.

In Versworks, print modes THT or THRT are good starting points for printing Tattoo

Clear Flex Ecosolvent

ClearFlex is a transparent polyurethane flex film, developed for ecosolvent or solvent inks.

Extra light and stretchable, ClearFlex offers a great solution for all white fabrics. Once printed and applied ClearFlex is so thin and stretchable that it almost feels like a screen printed image.

Ecoprint Ecosolvent / FiberPrint Pigment

EcoPrint is a heat sealable flock-film suitable for printing with eco-solvent or solvent inks. EcoPrint offers a great alternative to flex materials. Processing is very easy, giving a matte finish and a very soft « touch ».

FiberPrint is a heat sealable flock-film suitable for printing with pigment inks. It is made with polyurethane resins. FiberPrint is very stretchable and offers excellent printing results when using eco-solvent or pigment inks.
